Home-based Researcher/Candidate Manager - North West

We're a close knit, experienced recruitment team, specialising in senior level retained and interim HR appointments. We have an enviable reputation and first-class client relationships with global FTSE players and entrepreneurial SME's alike from Manchester to Michigan, Warrington to Warsaw, Liverpool to Lausanne and Derby to Dubai! In the past eight years, we've made hundreds of successful HR placements across the world although our home (and our passion) is and always will be in North West.
We set up The Three Partnership eight years ago with the aim of pooling our knowledge and experience with every client, every assignment and every candidate. We believe that by working in a truly collaborative way we're different to many other recruitment firms. In times of easy access to candidate information via LinkedIn and job boards it's the quality of our relationships, in-depth market knowledge and speed of delivery which is key to our success.
We're looking for someone very special to join us in 2019 and work closely with our existing experienced Executive Researcher to support three fee earners in all aspects of executive research and candidate management. We've got great technology and the existing admin support is strong, so the focus is on finding and placing great candidates.
We're an experienced team who work hard and are driven by doing the best we can for clients and candidates. We're straight talking, tenacious, down-to-earth and love what we do and believe It shows!
As you'd expect, we're fussy when it comes to hiring for ourselves and are only looking for that special someone who "gets" us and for whom working from home is a really attractive proposition.
This is a home-based role, although getting together 1-2 times a week has been key to our success. We're very flexible and open to part-time working too, (school hours is an option) although ideally, we're looking for someone who can be available daily for candidate continuity.
