This role is based within the Learning Programmes team, which forms part of the area of expertise, Talent and Development in People Services. As an area of expertise, the team will ensure an expert, high impact service is delivered across its learning programme priorities. They will ensure provision of a flexible and aspirational learning and development programme that successfully delivers transformational outcomes aligned to the strategic priorities of the University.
You will work with the Learning Programmes Manager to develop a comprehensive curriculum of leadership, management development and core skills offerings and oversee ongoing delivery and quality control. As a subject matter expert, you will be required to maintain high standards and currency of knowledge in the field on learning and development best practice and continuous development as well as act as a trusted adviser and consultant to internal customers.
You will need to provide evidence of an active commitment to continuous professional development within the Learning and Development field, such as approach; learning methodologies; building capability.
You will be results orientated and have experience of developing learning interventions that support the building of leadership management and individual capability as well as facilitating development in the context of transformational change.
