Your new role
The Organisational Development Partner, will support the Head of Organisational Development, to implement the people strategy through the delivery of organisational development projects and initiatives. The OD Partner will design, implement, deliver and review organisational effectiveness programmes to include leadership & management development, succession planning,performance management, talent management and induction. The post holder will lead culture change projects designed based on the organisation needs, together with its vision and values.
What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for a highly credible Organisational Development, HR or Learning & Development Business Partner with strong experience of designing and implementing organisational development initiatives, within large and complex businesses. Experience of delivering change management programmes and project management is essential. Strong communication, facilitation, influencing and problem solving skills will be vital to success in the role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £33,199 to £39,609 plus excellent benefits
