We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Bristol office.

The team is made up of 10 people, covering recruitment at all levels across our 3 UK offices. We focus on attracting the best people to the firm and work closely with the wider HR team to help ensure Osborne Clarke's continued growth and success.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager and working closely with the Recruitment Advisor, you will provide support to the Recruitment team with a focus on business services vacancies including Marketing, HR, Compliance and IT.
You will build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders, helping to support the on-going success of the Recruitment process.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Posting and maintenance of roles online
- Interview arrangements and correspondence
- Processing recruitment related invoices and interview expenses
- Adding CV's to the talent bank using the firms' Applicant Tracking System (CVMail)
- Assisting with the organisation of recruitment events including production of collateral. This can range from agency briefings to assessment centres
What we're looking for:
You will have a background in administration ideally in a similar Recruitment/HR related role or apprenticeship.
Exceptional levels of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work are essential in this role.
- An interest in Recruitment and/or HR, with a desire to build a career in this area
- A positive attitude and pro-active approach to work; asking others what might be needed
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding when information you are working with is confidential and how this should be treated
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in utilising MS office tools
