An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a Recruitment Executive for a leading Law firm. In this role you will be working alongside Recruitment Account Managers.
Your new role
In your new Recruitment Executive position, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, mainly with external clients, but also internally. You will be responsible for understanding the client needs and delivering appropriate candidates to the Recruitment Account Managers for further assessment. You will be using LinkedIn and job boards to source for, and headhunt suitable candidates, will be involved in telephone screening and interviewing candidates face-to-face, and will be responsible for providing an excellent applicant experience.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new Recruitment Executive role, you will need previous recruitment experience, preferably working in a legal services environment. Your recruitment knowledge will span across interviewing, assessment centres and issuing job offers. Furthermore, you'll have excellent interpersonal skills, will have experience forming client/customer relationships and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
