A global private equity firm based in Victoria, are currently recruiting for a HR and Benefits Consultant to join them for a 4 month period.
Your new role
You will support a small HR team, on a number of projects including benefits renewals, recruitment campaign and performance. They will also be implementing a new HR system which you will be involved in.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have end to end project experience and also have worked on company benefits previously. This is a hands-on role. You will also ideally have come from a financial services background.
