HR Customer Experience Specialist

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for both employees and customers within the shared service centre. You will be advising and guiding employees on all HR queries and appropriately redirecting all non-HR related issues. You will be assisting and educating customers on the self-service function, aiming to maximise customer experience.
You will be using Workday for processes where applicable, ensuring high level of accuracy at all times.
Aim to resolve all customer issues at first point of contact when possible
What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked within a global matrix or complex organisation.
You will need to have experience within a shared service centre.
A sound understanding of Workday is a strong advantage.
You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in HR systems and have strong HR knowledge and experience in a generalist capacity.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills are imperative.
You will have strong commercial acumen and understand the importance of customer focus
