A large and successful American-owned, global professional services company is looking to hire a new HR Business Partner to be based at their Leeds site, as a new role within the HR team. With excellent reviews on Google and Glassdoor, they have a very good reputation as an employer and are the largest service provider of their kind in the UK.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR activities within your section, involving Employee Relations work, Employee Engagement, Recruitment as well as providing guidance, support and coaching to the team of Managers. This is a fast paced, varied and crucial role within a busy HR department, offering ownership and autonomy, as well as the opportunity to get involved in HR projects and initiatives. This would suit a strong HR Advisor or HR Officer looking to make a move into their first HR Business Partner job role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will ideally be CIPD qualified (or part qualified) and have relevant experience in a similar HR Generalist job. You will need to be tenacious, energetic and able to prioritise effectively, as this is a fast paced environment where there is the opportunity for the job role and responsibilities to develop and grow in the future.
