Our Facilities Management client in Horsham are recruiting for a HR Officer on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In support of the HR Business Partner, provide professional advice to managers and employees in relation to employee relations, conditions of service and application of the law and company procedures. To support the HR Business Partner in various HR initiatives aligned to the HR strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role you will need to have experience in a HR role, ideally in a Facilities Management environment. You must have a UK employment legislation and case law with a CIPD qualification or working towards it.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £27,500 based on working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm equating to a 40 hour week. You will have 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
