HR Administrator

This is a role that sits within the London HR Operations team for a global financial services business and would be responsible for servicing internationally mobile employees.

Day to day duties would include (but not be limited to):

  • End to End employee lifecycle processes
  • Supporting the HR BP's with their enquiries and assisting with enquiries for general employees and managers
  • Advising line management on various policies and procedures and escalating to HRBP's where appropriate
  • Arranging the relocation of individuals and their families and supporting with the management of tax vendors, payroll instructions and engagement with benefits vendors

This would be a good role for somebody looking to get very familiar with the groundwork of HR, it is a fast paced and very demanding role because of this.
