Your new company
You will be working for a well established family run organisation in Rotherham. The company are going from strength to strength, growing at a healthy pace. They have two sites in the UK and are led by two experienced Directors. They have built an excellent reputation over the years and pride themselves on their customer service
Your new role
You will report into the HR Manager and assist daily on all HR matters. You will lead on recruitment, advertising roles, checking applications and preparing interview assessments. You will on board all new starters, checking references, preparing and issuing of new starters paperwork. You will conduct Exit interviews when necessary and keep all the HR systems up to date. You will update HR policy and provide support for disciplinary and grievance meetings. You will also be responsible for supporting the Health and Safety Manager with completion of all monthly checks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within HR ideally with strong HR administration skills and have supported on ER case work. Experience of health and safety an advantage but not a priority.
