A financial services organisation based in the City of London is looking for a internal Recruiter to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing Recruitment end-to-end across all functions and all levels (directly and supported by agencies where needed).
This is a broad Recruiter role where you will partner with the business (all functions) to manage hiring end-to-end. Alongside direct hiring and agency management, you will also help drive & manage a number of resourcing projects (review of company website, linkedin, implement and embed ATS, social media, implement a referral scheme etc) working alongside the Head of Recruitment.
The organisation is fast paced, complex and high performing, consisting of circa 180 employees and growing annually. The HR team consists of 5 people and this is a new role which has been introduce to help manage hiring alongside the Recruitment Head.
You will ideally be currently operating in another internal Recruiter role within a high touch financial services firm and looking for a new challenge. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
