A Financial Services organisation based in Central/West London is looking for a Reward Advisor to join on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of Reward and joining a small reward team, the Advisor will be responsible for supporting with year-end compensation processes and leading on remuneration regulatory matters.

Key requirements:

  • Solid understanding of remuneration regulations affecting Financial Services

  • Knowledge of year end compensation processes

  • Confident communicator at all levels

  • Strong analytical skills
