I am working exclusively with a growing consulting firm who are looking to increase their HR strategic offering by hiring a new HR Manager. They are an attractive brand with a progressive culture, looking for an ambitious industry expert to help them on their journey of continued success. The firm has seen impressive growth recently and are therefore keen to ensure their people processes are given the same investment.
This role will report into the HR Director and will manage the team of talented and dedicated HR professionals.
There is a huge opportunity here for an experienced HR professional to join a leading consulting firm and work in a position that allows for both operational and strategic influence. There are a number of key projects on the team's agenda and this person will be involved in driving these. The current team are extremely capable and this person's role will be to maintain and delivery a top-quality service across the firm.
You will be working closely with business leaders to develop the firm's global HR strategy.
The firm put a huge emphasis on personality and passion but technical skills are, of course, required. It would be hugely beneficial if this person has experience of HR policy change management and who can also evidence experience of running an HR operational team. Experience of implementing new processes and policies is required.
Experience of professional services, or a similar corporate environment, is desirable, as well as the ability to evidence excellent communication and relationship building skills.
