An exciting new HR Assistant position has arisen working for a global Financial Services firm based in Central London. In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of HR.
Your new role
In your new HR Assistant role, you will be responsible for administering the entire employee lifecycle and will have exposure to a number different HR functions. You'll be responsible for payroll and benefits administration and will be liaising often with the payroll team. Furthermore, you'll be maintaining and updating the HR system, assisting with the recruitment function, and will act as the first point of contact for any HR-related queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must have HR Admin/Assistant experience working in the financial services, preferably Banking industry. You will have experience preparing documents for the payroll team, have produced HR reports, and will have maintained an HR database to a high level of detail. Furthermore, you'll have assisted with the recruitment function, and will have a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
