Within this role, you will work closely with the HR team in order to implement and develop HR practices across the organisation, whilst continuously striving for improvement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Employee casework
- Policy development
- Organisational restructures
- Management development
- On-boarding new members of staff
- Reviewing employee benefits
In order to be considered for this role, you will be fully CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and hold prior experience of working within a generalist HR role. You will have a driven and proactive approach to your work, with an understanding of what is needed in order for a HR function to run smoothly.
