Oakleaf Partnership are working with a fun creative retail business in Woking. As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will support the business in helping to deliver effective group and individual learning programmes.
As part of the L&D and Talent Team, you will support the Talent Manager by coordinating a range of learning and development services and solutions in line with the Group and People Strategy. You'll also provide an efficient and proactive administration service ensuring the smooth operation of the L&D function.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Course scheduling for signature leadership programmes for UK and Western Europe;
This involves: booking rooms, managing invitations, liaising with speakers, producing materials, attendance sheet management, booking catering, setting up technical and non-technical equipment, managing post-course evaluation etc.
Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders (including liaising with external course providers regarding course details and logistics);
Looking after the internal leadership development portfolio (Ensuring courses are at capacity and waiting lists are maintained);
Working closely with the Talent Manager to ensure that Leadership Development is kept up to date and is always relevant to the business;
Co-ordinate all L&D communication to the business;
Create and maintain a L&D employee course tracker;
Provide first line telephone/email support and ensure they are dealt with in a professional and timely manner;
Overseeing Leadership Development budget;
Assisting the L&D team with all administrative tasks relating to off-site training programmes. (This will involve finding and booking venues, liaising with external faculty, production of joining instructions and materials etc. It may involve attendance at some off-site events).
