Interim Talent Manager- Berkshire
I am currently working with FTSE 100 company in Windsor to recruit an experienced Talent Manager for a 6 month interim contract.
It is an exciting interim opportunity for a Talent Manager to join their Talent and Capability team within the Talent, Learning & resourcing function.
The team is focused on working to identify and develop individuals to meet future capability requirements. Supporting senior leaders to build the skills and behaviours the workforce will need to meet the future demands of the business and provide advice on how they close capability gaps through the recruitment and development of talent. To deliver this service, we focus our efforts on a suite of talent management tools and processes including; Organisational Capability Reviews, high potential identification and development, succession planning, Executive Leadership development, Career Development and Emerging Talent.
In this role, your key stakeholders will include the Senior Executive Group and HR Partners and you will work directly with the wider Talent, Resourcing and Learning team to deliver key talent initiatives.
They are looking for an individual who is experienced in developing enterprise talent management solutions and supporting HR Partners and business leaders and in their effective implementation. Experience or qualifications in any of the following is of particular interest to them for this role: organisational behavioural/psychology; human capital analytics; business partnering/consulting.
