An exciting opportunity has arisen working a HR Project Support Analyst for the Compensation & Benefits division of a hospitality brand based in Central London. This is a 12 month FTC. You will sit within the HR department and report into the Compensation & Benefits Director.
Your new role
In your new role you will be assisting and supporting the C&B Europe Team with the C&B processes, analysis of data, research, compiling reports and supporting on new HR projects. For example, you will provide administration for the annual bonus cycle, annual merit review and the stock nomination process. In addition, you will support on the harmonisation project and HRIS project.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role you will have worked in HR or Compensation & Benefits previously, have good Excel skills and be degree level educated.
