Interim Talent Acquisition Partner - Ad tech
Are you an immediately available recruiter with strong experience recruiting tech and sales roles within digital industries? Do you want to be part of a truly flexible, forward thinking & high reward business?
Handle are working with this fast growth, international Ad tech brand based in East London. They have an immediate requirement for a proactive recruiter to join them for initially 6-12 months, potentially go perm.
Working closely with a small and recently formed team, you will manage a high volume vacancies across UK and EMEA as well as direct sourcing at all levels. You will be working as a real business partner, tapping into your existing network within the industry.
Ideal candidate will have:
- In-house recruitment experience and have worked a full 360 recruitment role, and also worked more strategically, having input or managing project work
- Proactive and forward thinking as well as being open to exploring new and creative ways to source candidates
- Strong communication and relationship building skills within digital media industries and be able to effectively influence key stakeholders
- Ideally an existing network across the Ad tech and digital marketing space
- Ability to work autonomously with a solutions focused mind-set.
