The Assistant HR Officer position involves working with a growing business to carry out a HR Generalist role with an emphasis on recruitment.

Client Details

My client are a growing business in the Gravesend area.

Description

  • Carrying out the end to end recruitment process - posting job adverts, screening CVs, shortlisting candidates arranging and conducting interviews, managing the offer stage and the adminstration thereafter
  • Providing advice to employees and managers about HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure best practice is followed
  • Carrying out adhoc project work when required
  • Shadowing the HR team in day to day HR tasks
  • Assist with disciplinaries, grievances, ill-health capability and other ER matter

Profile

  • You will ideally have an FMCG/blue collar background
  • You will be a team player
  • You will have previous experience in a HR generalist role
