Your role will have a broad reward remit, reporting into a reward director, and will lead in the delivery of a rewards strategy and bespoke reward solutions across their large-scale business divisions. Your responsibilities will be varied and will include operationalising reward strategy, being accountable for the success of delivery programmes whilst acting as trusted advisor across the whole rewards and benefits function.
This a significant and highly visible role within the Rewards function, with a mapped career path to Reward Director. You need to be an expert with proven senior reward partnering experience and delivery of reward change programmes, with key skills around retention plans, pay frameworks and operationalising reward strategy. Your contribution to the success of this significant part of the business will require you to have a deep understanding of all reward disciplines.
You need to be someone with a solutions-based approach who enjoys engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders across large matrixed organisations. They welcome thought leaders with external insight to evolve thinking and develop processes.
