HR Operations Manager
Your new role
You will be line managing a team who deliver HR services across the organisation. Furthermore, you will be reviewing HR operations and process to ensure that they are fit for purpose as well as, ensuring that employment regulations are reflected in HR processes. In addition, you will work closely with the HRIS team to take an active role in implementing a new HR system.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, all candidates must have a proven HR operational background with experience in all areas of HR such as dealing with policies, procedures, resourcing, and employee relations, payroll and performance management. Furthermore, a successful candidate will have experience in working with SAP Success Factors.
