HR Business Partner

My client, an innovative and inspirational national charity now require an experienced HR Business Partner to join their busy, varied, challenging and fulfilling organisation. The HR Business Partner you will provide comprehensive HR advice to your allocated business areas and services and support HR colleagues in advising services across the wider business. which would also include Employee Relations

Key Accountabilities

  • Support, and where necessary, lead on Employee Relations cases

  • Advise on key people strategies and solutions in assigned departments

  • Advise on job changes and job evaluation, including coaching on job design and job description drafting

  • Act as a coach and advisor to people managers including providing advice and guidance on complex people matters including restructures, TUPE and change programmes

The successful candidate will have a well-developed and broad ranging HR experience within a commercial organisation. You will have a broad range of delivering people change management and be familiar with Employee relations processes and UK employment law.

The organisation is based in central London and is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on an initial 6 month contract.
