HR Administrator/ PA

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, international organisation, who due to recent growth are now looking for a HR Administrator/ PA to join their Headquarters in Rickmansworth.

Client Details

The client are a market leader in the Engineering industry, who operate in several countries globally and have achieved significant national presence. Due to recent growth, they are now looking for a HR Administrator/ PA to join their offices. In particulary they are searching for someone with exceptional administration skills, i.e. on Microsoft Office Packages, pivot tables, vlookups, Mail-Merge etc. It would also be beneficial if the candidate has a background or understanding of HR as you will be reporting to the HR Director.

Description

The key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • HR Administration - assisting with contracts, offer letters, compliance, onboarding, new starters and leavers
  • Arranging travel for Executive staff
  • Arranging accommodation for Executive staff
  • Diary management
  • Recruitment - posting adverts, screening CVs, arranging interviews
  • Proof reading policy reviews
  • Office administration
  • Reporting, data analysis
  • Ad hoc tasks in HR and Office Management

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Live locally to Rickmansworth
  • Be able to work full time
  • Have exceptional administration skills - Excel, Word, Mailmerge
  • Have a strong background in administrative roles
  • Have a background in HR (desirable)
  • Be able to communicate effectively to all parts of the business
