Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a FTSE 100 company based in Central London who have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join their global team.
As the Reward Manager your responsibilities will include:
Developing global reward initiatives and incentives schemes
Managing the benchmarking process
Developing the compensation structure
Taking a leading role in managing the year end process
Supporting with the management of the benefits offering
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in reward and has worked on an international basis.
