A leading investments firm based in London is looking for an HR Manager to join the small HR team. Reporting in to the Group CFO, as part of this 90 employee business across 2 offices, you will be responsible for supporting the business & leadership team with all people / HR related matters, supported by an HR Advisor.
This will be a broad HR Generalist position where you will need to be relatively flexible and operationally strong. In particular, strong Employee Relations and complex comp/reward/LTIP (carry etc) experience would be beneficial. You will also be a sounding board to the Leadership team; driving all things talent, development, policy, reward, hiring related. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD preferred.
They are ideally looking for this person to join the organisation in March.
