Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a Resourcing Manager for our client, a prestigious law firm base in the City of London.
As the Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent, proactive and professional resourcing recruitment service to the firm, attracting and recruiting high calibre talent across all levels for both legal and business services.
Initially a significant part of the role will be to implement and drive forward the direct sourcing strategy for the firm, including the implementation of a new applicant tracking system and direct advertising campaign, through jobs boards and social media. The role will be supported by a newly created small resourcing team and work closely with the wider HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
Define, lead and deliver the resourcing and recruitment strategy for both legal and business services
Lead and drive the direct sourcing strategy and increase the extent to which the firm recruits through direct hiring methods, including the use of social media and direct online advertising
Continue to develop and promote our employer brand both throughout the firm internally, as well as to the external market
Develop the firm's relationship with recruitment agencies, including managing and negotiating agency terms and conditions, as well as managing and reviewing the PSL
Act as a champion for the recruitment system, managing the implementation as well as any future upgrades or developments with the HR systems team
Monitor and analyse recruitment management information, providing monthly and quarterly reports
Work alongside the HR and L&D Director and Head of HR to set and manage the recruitment budget, where appropriate
Responsible for ensuring the team is compliant with all processes, maintaining data integrity, as well as GDPR
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
Significant relevant experience in a similar recruitment role is essential
Experience of leading and implementing a direct sourcing campaign, including the use of online advertising and social media such as LinkedIn is essential
Previous line management/team management experience
Experience of managing and using an applicant tracking system/recruitment platform is essential
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing change
Proven experience of identifying and delivering process and service improvements
Project management experience is desirable
Experience of working in a professional services firm is desirable and commercial law firm experience would be an advantage
