An exciting opportunity has become available for a switched-on HR Business Partner to join a global organisation in a joint venture delivering high tech products and service offerings to its customers. This position is an eight-month fixed term contract based in Kings Cross.
This is a stand-alone position in which you will work with C-suite to deliver innovative HR solutions. You will work closely with the COO to deliver the following projects:
- Create HR strategy
- Design and deliver grad scheme
- Implement resourcing strategy
- Incentive plans and packages
- Source HR system
- Implementing a performance management system and upskilling management
This position is suited to a true generalist. Ideally you will have small business/ start up experience. The pace is fast and intense, you will need to be flexible in your approach. You will be required to demonstrate previous success similar projects you have delivered within a similar environment. Having set up a HR function previously will be highly regarded.
