Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for assigners, responsible for assignee mobilisation, subsequently managing the onboarding process for those assignees and managing all mobilisation related data
You should have a sound knowledge of global mobility, including relocation, immigration, tax and social security etc
You will be knowledgeable on HR processes and procedures, advising and guiding employees where applicable
Responsible for managing payroll checks, reporting data and supplier invoices
You will be a contact point for UK based subsidiaries
Coordinate projects when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience within an international commercial business
You will need to have worked in HR generalist capacity, with good knowledge of global mobility
Fluency in English and a second language is a strong advantage
You will need to have excellent stakeholder management
You will be resilient and adaptable to fast paced environments.
You will need to have excellent time management and organisation
