The successful candidate will demonstrate strong understanding of technical HR, as well as the issues pertinent to an organisation going through a period of change. Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate in a high intellect, high touch environment are essential as the role involves working closely with senior management across the firm. The role will partner the most senior stakeholders within the organisation and form part of infrastructure leadership team.
