A permanent opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to work for a travel and transport organisation based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have previous experience with LMS systems including Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

The learning division has been through significant change over the last 12 months and have moved towards a more digital learning platform. The Learning and Development position will be responsible for developing digital learning solutions using various tools that deliver engaging learning content that drives the development of employees. YOU will play a key role in delivering end to end design using storyline 360 and creative cloud suite.
This role will be responsible for all customer service staff as well as group learning for areas such as Leadership Development programmes and GDPR. Are you a learning professional who is innovative and creative - this is the role for you!

Key duties:

Support the Technologies & Content Business Partner in the design and delivery of the eLearning strategy.
Analyse and review the industry trends and develop your approach to adopt best practise and continue improvement initiatives across all blended learning platforms
Demonstrate ability to work to tight deadlines in complex environments, solid understanding of e- learning
Design and development of learning material

Our client is looking for a proven learning and development manager who has strong knowledge of e-learning, research, theory and practice of instructional design. The successful candidate will need to have strong communication ability and want to be part of a positive and engaging learning team.
