My client, a successful FMCG business are looking for a Talent & Development Manager to join their HQ People team. Based in their London offices, you will be leading on both the strategy and delivery of learning and development. Solid experience in a similar L&D Manager role is crucial with strong experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or related field.
As a vital member of the team, you will support the business through identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating OD and learning and development solutions that maximise the organisational growth plans and people capability within the business.
You will deliver the digital fundamentals of the Global L&D agenda, curriculum and activities with core responsibilities being:
Work with external networks & subject matter experts, and internally within the business, to design & develop digital learning solutions
Work with internal customers to ensure that technology tools are incorporated into existing learning and development programs
Manage digital learning course development project plans from inception to completion
Oversee expanded employee usage of current digital learning solutions, and implementation of updated technology versions
Manage and maintain current LMS content through SuccessFactors
Research and apply new innovative ways to help employees develop skills and capability
Partner with the extended BAT network to share best practices and build consistency where appropriate
Assist in the selection and coordination of the use of external suppliers for learning and development needs as required
The ideal candidate will be able to align with the company's core values and competencies which is key for contributing to the growth and progression of this business. Solid L&D experience is essential for this role as they need someone who can come in and really hit the ground running. On top of a GBP 60,000-80,000 basic salary, they also a fantastic benefits package including car allowance.
