HR Manager - FTC until June 2020

The company is a single site NHS/healthcare based organisation located in South Birmingham.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the organisation. The HR Manager will provide HR support to operational management teams to assist the implementation of business plans and the achievement of objectives. The postholder will provide advice on complex employee relations issues and will mange the internal recruitment team. Additionally the HR Manager will lead change management projects and organisational development programmes. The role is a fixed term contract until approximately June 2020.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have a proven track record as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner within the NHS/healthcare sector. Expertise in HR, ER and change management is vital. Previous experience of managing HR or recruitment teams is also essential.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £33,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits
