About the role
Senior Recruitment Advisers work within the CMA Recruitment team to deliver a high quality and best practice recruitment advisory service, contributing to the achievement of the CMA’s strategic goals. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be accountable for delivering recruitment activity in line with the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles and CMA recruitment Service Level Agreements, advising recruiting managers on best practice solutions to fill vacancies that vary in seniority, profession, number and availability of candidates. This is a true client partnership role where you will be accountable for managing your own portfolio of recruitment campaigns from end-to-end, ensuring all elements of the candidate and client experience are handled effectively, professionally, and at pace.
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in leading on the delivery of multiple and diverse recruitment campaigns that vary in sector and seniority level, from the planning and design stage through to issuing offers. You will also have experience of independently and professionally advising hiring managers in best practice techniques and attraction strategies to maximise the quality and quantity of applications, including the use of social media and LinkedIn.
