Permanent Benefits Manager - £65000 - Central London

A global, fast paced commercial business with over 300 offices worldwide, are currently recruiting for a UK and Ireland Benefits Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
This exciting opportunity will see you managing the pension and benefits function for a large employee base across the UK&I, leading a small benefits administration team. Your day to day responsibilities will include managing relationships with suppliers, and all renewals and launches.
You will be the point of escalation for benefits and pensions queries from your team and the wider business. You will look at ways of improving processes and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have in-depth knowledge of UK benefits and pensions and be the SME for the HR team and the business. You will have managed UK benefits previously and ideally have Ireland benefits experience. TUPE experience from a benefits point of view is also desirable.
