An HR Manager role has arisen working for an exciting Technology firm based in Central London. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and oversee a Junior HR Generalist.
Your new role
In your next HR Manager position, you will be taking on a range of HR tasks and will take ownership of the HR function. In this role you will be responsible for managing ER issues, implementing L&D initiatives, providing HR-related advice to senior stakeholders and managing monthly payroll and pension activities. Furthermore, you will oversee the HR administration, ensure an effective on-boarding and off-boarding process, and will be responsible for maintaining HR records.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this HR Manager role, you will be a strong generalist and have a wealth of experience overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. You will have experience managing ER issues, providing consultative and commercially-minded HR guidance to senior stakeholders, and will have a strong understanding of the payroll function. Preferably, you'll have a good understanding of the L&D function and will have undertaken Training Needs Analysis alongside managers. Importantly, you will have the attitude to take on ad hoc tasks, and not shy away from a generalist role.
