My client, an independent Insurance recruitment business, is seeking an experienced Interims consultant to join their successful Change Management team to work on a hot desk.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, ambitious and driven with a good billing track record within Projects or Change although experience of recruiting mid/senior tier Interims in London will be considered.
There are key PSL clients to be managed although you will be expected to continue the growth of the desk. You will be a natural relationship builder and excellent communicator, be extremely money motivated; they have a fantastic, uncapped commission scheme and will pay a market leading basic salary.
