Your new company
You will be joining an international leading oil and gas firm based in Sunbury, Surrey

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for contracting the goods and services required to facilitate the delivery of training sessions, maintain the training materials across all portfolios and courses, and participate in relevant focused project work to contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes. In addition to this you will be responsible for sourcing venues for training courses, work closely with the Lead Learning Coordinators to support their stakeholder relationships and respond to ad-hoc requests for information and updates from stakeholders and colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate experience in establishing mutually beneficial relationships, demonstrate problem solving and customer service skills and have the proven ability to work in a busy and multi-faceted role. You will also be a good team player, have excellent attention to detail and have experience using Microsoft Office packages.
