Our client is a leading professional services consultancy with significant international presence and growing market share, currently looking for a Talent Manager.
Your key responsibilities as Talent Manager include:
Responsibility for talent and review processes across London and two additional European offices.
Line management of a Talent Administrator
Responsibility for rolling out global and local talent management initiatives
Take the lead on talent related issues
Ensure consistency of talent policies, procedures and decision making across London and European offices
Responsibility for managing the Partner pipeline
Work closely with Learning & Development teams to ensure the best development training is planned post reviews.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
University graduate or equivalent experience
Demonstrable talent management experience
Experience managing a broad range of topics/tasks
