Reward Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively representing a leading retailer who are based in Central London. They are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Reward Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the annual bonus review to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Supporting the job evaluation and benchmarking processes and ensuring that the process is as efficient and streamlined as possible
  • Responding to employee enquiries regarding Reward
  • Ensuring all reward arrangements follow process

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

  • Job evaluation - Ideally trained in Hays benchmarking
  • Pay and bonus reviews
  • Data modelling
