Compensation Consultant

A London City based Financial Services organisation is currently looking for a Compensation Consultant to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Senior Compensation Manager, the Compensation Consultant will work as part of a small team managing compensation for a population of c. 1,200. Key responsibilities within this position include:

  • Providing compensation analytics support to the Senior Compensation Manager.

  • Supporting with all cash compensation related matters (benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus modelling etc.)

  • Supporting regulatory disclosure reporting for Europe and Asia.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert to support generalist HR-owned processes and initiatives (job matching, year-end review process locally in international regions).

Key requirements include:

  • Experience gained in either an MIS and/or compensation analytics role.

  • Knowledge of regulations effecting remuneration within Asset Management firms would be advantageous.

  • Genuine interest in data modelling, reporting, compensation principles and the financial services sector.

  • Confident communicator at all levels
