A London City based Financial Services organisation is currently looking for a Compensation Consultant to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Senior Compensation Manager, the Compensation Consultant will work as part of a small team managing compensation for a population of c. 1,200. Key responsibilities within this position include:
Providing compensation analytics support to the Senior Compensation Manager.
Supporting with all cash compensation related matters (benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus modelling etc.)
Supporting regulatory disclosure reporting for Europe and Asia.
Acting as the subject matter expert to support generalist HR-owned processes and initiatives (job matching, year-end review process locally in international regions).
Key requirements include:
Experience gained in either an MIS and/or compensation analytics role.
Knowledge of regulations effecting remuneration within Asset Management firms would be advantageous.
Genuine interest in data modelling, reporting, compensation principles and the financial services sector.
Confident communicator at all levels
