Your new company

You will be joining a top legal firm at their offices based in Central London.

Your new role

You will be the face of HR, managing a generalist day to day HR remit as well as leading the firms People strategy. You will be responsible from reviewing and updating HR policy and procedure in order to streamline processes and align with business needs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive change and lead on employee engagement. You will line manage an HR Administrator - delegating tasks and supporting their professional development.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a strong HR generalist who is used to leading an HR function in both an operational and strategy capacity. You should be experienced implementing HR structures and have a solid background in driving employee engagement forward. You will have prior experience within a management position and be well versed leading the full employee lifecycle, recruitment and ER cases. CIPD Qualification and a strong working knowledge of employment law is a must for this role.

What you'll get in return
