Recruitment Consultants - Change & Transformation
My client, a Finance, Transformation Procurement Recruitment specialist that works both in the UK and international markets require Recruitment Consultants to join their London office for the Change and Transformation practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience as a Recruitment Consultant and can be either Perm or Interims Consultants focussing on C&I markets. Ideally you will have change experience, however experience from other sectors will be considered if you are willing to demonstrate the resilient and intelligent mindset that is required to carry out an effective and sufficient recruitment service. Further you will demonstrate excellent communication skills as you deal with both clients and candidates, be organised as you manage databases and market map.
The successful candidate will be offered a strong remuneration package as well as a great work environment and training. You will have the option for ownership of a particular vertical or niche within that. The client typically works within the £40k - £120k salary bracket and are recognised for their highly professional and thorough approach to the way they operate across the market.
