Recruitment Coordinator

A fantastic 12 month FTC Recruitment Coordinator opportunity is available within an independent investment banking firm in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to manage the scheduling of interviews, ATS management, creating a positive candidate experience and assisting new hires during the on-boarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from telephone interviews to liaising with hiring managers to organise interviews & offer confirmation

  • Manage the firms career page to ensure that all active roles are advertised

  • Booking of internal meetings

  • Proactively build reliable relationships with Hiring Managers to allow for a smooth recruitment process

  • Be the point of contact for the full on-boarding process

  • Processing invoices

  • Maintain and update the Taleo (ATS)

  • Compiling New Hire Starter Packs

Requirements:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Knowledge of professional and high pressure environment

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and administration skills

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
