Your new role
The HR Advisor role will support a HR Business Partner in delivering a professional and comprehensive operational HR service to a particular division of the organisation. The HR Advisor will focus on employee relations case management including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management. The role will also provide generalist HR support, conduct sickness absence meetings and liaise with occupational health as needed. Other responsibilities will include coaching managers on best practice, supporting the HR Business Partner with change management programmes and contributing to HR project management projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (or part qualified) HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience and excellent employment law knowledge. Candidates should have worked in a fast paced and high volume environment previously - experience within the education or large public sector organisation would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £27,000 to £31,000 plus excellent annual leave, pension and benefits
