Your new role
The Organisational Effectiveness & Change Business Partner is a senior role within the HR team, who with will partner senior leadership teams to drive and implement the Organisational Effectiveness Agenda across the business. The role will strategically lead and advise on organisational effectiveness and organisational design programmes, designed to maximise the effectiveness of target operating models. The Organisational Effectiveness & Change Business Partner will provide support to and coach HR Business Partners and business leaders on organisational effectiveness and change management.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that candidates are Senior Organisational Effectiveness Business Partners , Organisational Design Business Partners or HR Business Partners with expertise in organisational effectiveness, organisational design and change management. Previous experience of leading complex organisational design and organisational development projects end to end is essential. Candidates have strong project management skills and be highly analytical. The ability to partner and influence senior leaders is vital to success in the post.

The salary is £60,000 to £67,000 plus excellent benefits
