HR Business Partner

A fantastic 12-month HR Business Partner opportunity is available within a worldwide investment firm in East London.

The role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for partnering with the equities & EMEA teams.


  • Build key stakeholder relationships within the team & larger business

  • Be the key point of contact for all policy & people management guidance

  • Provide assistant & advice for the internal recruitment team on lateral positions

  • Manage the recruitment approval function

  • Liaise with in-house Legal advisors

  • Contribute the organizations policies and procedures in employee relation cases

  • Regularly evaluate market research to ensure the reward & compensation package that is offered, is competitive

  • Proactively ensure that the cyclical performance review is introduced


  • Extensive HR Generalist exposure

  • Financial services experience

  • Degree educated or equivalent

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Analytical mindset

  • Ability to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable
