HR Business Partner - Professional Services

A top global Professional Services firm are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their organisation. As the HR Business Partner, you will have a number of service lines and responsibilities to include:

  • Account Management

    • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients including Head of Performance Ops, Performance Leaders and Capability Partners along with other senior clients as needed in order to fulfil capability group requirements

    • Building an understanding on the client group

    • Providing support, trusted advice and challenge to clients in terms of delivery of the HR calendar of events and client group specific projects

    • Delivery of people strategy/capability group people plan

    • Working with client group to drive the performance management and promotion cycles and to ensure process is consistently undertaken in accordance with guidelines and people plan

    • Working with other BP's and the Reward team to deliver salary and bonus review cycle in accordance with guidelines

  • Recruitment

    • Working with recruitment and resourcing teams to ensure client group has correct resources

    • Advising on structure of packages to be offered to new hires

  • HR Advice

    • Providing trusted strategic advice to leaders on HR matters

    • Resolving complex people issues to deliver commercial and pragmatic outcomes

    • Coaching performance leaders and other line managers in effective people management

    • Providing HR support in restructuring, acquisitions etc.

    • Understanding and providing commentary around people data

    • Liaising with other HRBP's to ensure understanding of their strategic priorities and requirements

    • Liaising with other BP's to drive consistency across the business and to share best practise

    • Liaising with other teams e.g. Recruitment

  • Team Development

As the HR Business Partner, you will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation

  • Ability to discuss issues of all HR areas

  • Commercial awareness

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong client facing skills

  • Change and project management experience

  • Strong delivery focus

  • Experience of working in a large matrix organisation
