HRIS Manager (Northgate)

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a luxury brand based in Dorset, recruiting for a HRIS Manager.

The role will be utilising the Northgate system installed a couple of years ago. Having identified that the system is not being used affectively, this role will lead on the development of new workflows, process improvements with the aim of improving productivity and accuracy. Currently the client is looking for a HRIS Manager, with in-depth Northgate experience and the ability to identify process improvements (ideally having a track record of process improvement in other businesses). This role will require the successful candidate to identify opportunities to improve the access to management information data, as currently it is fairly manual. The improvement of the systems use will result in the improved employee experience in all aspects from onboarding and beyond.

This is a newly created role to have a major impact on the HRIS offering of a luxury brand.
